A cheat blog that explains why we can't cheat

I have been thinking about what to write in the last week, and unfortunately due to the business of life (hmmm ... business ... busyness...hadn't thought about those being so similar before) and the heat we are not used to, my brain has been struggling. However what I kept coming back to was the thought that even though I work in health and am passionate about good nutrition, eating well requires commitment, energy and resources. I wanted to write something profound about how we can all only do our best, and our best may change on a daily basis ... and that our economy and culture are in some ways out to sabotage us in our aim. .. but I couldn't think how to word it. Then I read Dr Deb Kennedy's weekly article on LinkedIn and amazingly she's articulated everything I was thinking about and more.

If you haven't found her and her blogs yet I highly recommend them.

Here is her one from this week, which I hope will also explain this blog's title.
