      • Monthly 20 minute check-in (by phone)
      • An email summary of our check-in conversation
      • 20% reduction in Face to Face consultation prices

    • Ongoing Input - Silver

    • Combi-Pack

      280£
       
      Either a first or a follow-up appointment with the basic starter pack benefits and an added cookery and food skills session, combined into one pack payment.
      Valid for 3 months
      • 1 face to face appointment
      • 1 hour of further input by phone / email
      • 1 cookery and food skills session

    The Starter packs are one off payments, whilst the ongoing input plans are monthly payments for a 12 month term, and can be manually renewed at the end of the term if wished.

    Please note:

    I like to meet all my clients face-to-face at least once.. This is usually best as the first appointment, however could be the second if needed, I am happy to consult virtually (I use WhatsApp video calling) for other sessions if preferred, having found that this can work for some people.
