Money Can't Buy Health or Can It?
September 13, 2010
A friend recently said to me, “Money can’t buy health.” I understand what she was talking about due to her circumstances. After thinking about it for a good while, I became inspired to write this article. It is true. Money certainly cannot buy everything, including complete and total health in every situation. For example, a person with a lost limb would not be able to grow another. On the other hand, money could allow the person to get the best mechanical prosthesis available. This could improve an individual’s quality of life tremendously.
What money can do is buy you the opportunity to become as healthy as conceivably possible considering your condition. Money could buy you appliances to deliver concentrated nutrients for maximum healing potential. A juicer and fresh produce can supply enzyme-rich nutrients that absorb almost instantly. Money could buy you a food dehydrator to supply convenient concentrated nutrients. Buying a sprouter to sprout seeds, beans and grains would maximize the healing potential of these foods. Money could buy a grain mill to grind whole grains and dehydrated sprouts into sprouted raw flour to boost healing potential.
Therefore, money could buy a certain level of improved health, but a lot of money isn’t necessary. If money is an issue, do what you can free. Going to a gym or club to workout is great, but not essential. To keep fit, perform optimally and look great, do floor exercises, walk, do yoga, etc. Feel better, move better and get sick less often. Perform better at your daily activities from household chores to work, home and sports. As far as foods go, purchase produce on sale, in season and in bulk for juicing. Juice less often if necessary. Start now and do the best you can with what you have. As you are able to add another layer of potential healing and benefits, add a new appliance.
The body is a remarkable thing. It has the capability to heal many diseases and conditions if given the proper nutrients and therapy. Often abundance of certain nutrients over a relatively long period can help, but knowing the right nutrients, foods and therapy could shorten healing time and improve healing potential immensely. Certain foods, herbs, essential oils and healing techniques supply specific nutrients that can displace disease conditions. If you don’t know what foods to consume, select a wide variety of colorful fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds, beans, legumes and calcium-rich foods. The sooner and more committed your health regiment, the sooner and greater your potential improvement. Consuming an abundance of concentrated foods including freshly juiced fruits and vegetable could lead to a healthier you.
Take advantage of healing potential by committing to doing the best you can to improve the problem you are trying to overcome. Once you commit and avoid distractions, seeing improvements is almost inevitable. By the way, you are not committed at all unless you are 100% committed. So decide to be 100% committed to make the best of your situation. Start one thing gradually until you master that. Then add the next layer, program, health-living activity or practice. Your life will have to get better. If you are not the one that needs help, send this article URL to your friend or loved one.
In conclusion, money may not buy you everything, but a relatively small amount could help you improve your health much more than you think. You can even feel better and improve health free by exercising without the need for special equipment. We have to eat anyway. We might as well make the most of the foods we consume by using concentrated nutrients for maximum healing potential. Maximize your health juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, dehydrating foods for concentrated nutrients, sprouting and consuming whole grains. Money my not buy everything, but maybe money can buy you a certain degree of health and improvement. Do the best you can to be the best you can.
