This unit is the same as the household model but with a special heavy duty, variable 110/220 volt, 50/60 hertz motor and 650 watts. Champion has announced that they will no longer be manufacturing both Silver and Almond color juicers in ANY model on the following schedule:
Silver - as of August 1, 2012 no longer made
Almond - as of September 1, 2012 no longer made
White and Black will be the only colors made after the above dates. Parts will continue to be made available in Silver and Almond.
