This mill is wonderful for all kinds of dry grain. It is compact and easy to use and clean. This mill must be attached to a sturdy surface for grinding unless you purchse the Clamp Kit separately. This solid metal mill uses two mill stones and the grinding fineness is easily adjusted.
The only difference between the Sunshine Nugget® and the Silver Nugget™ is the finish. The Silver Nugget™ has a silver metal finish.
The optional Stainless Steel Burr Kit is also available separately, ideal for use with large grains and beans, or grains that are high in oil or moisture content, such as soy or coffee beans. Due to their unique design, the stainless steel burrs enable large grain and beans to be milled without the need for special tools to force the grain through.

The Nugget™ has been designed with special bearings that extend the life of the mill by eliminating excessive wear of the drive shaft. This design also allows the Nugget™ to be attached to your own electric motor or exercise machine for even easier use. Just remove the handle and attach a 12" to 14" pulley wheel - the milling shaft has already been modified with a keyway for easy hookup.
The Sunshine Nugget® has a baked-on powder coating for a durable white finish. This makes the Sunshine Nugget® easier to clean, and gives it the style and look of a fine kitchen appliance.
