This durable mill is made of tin plated cast iron. It grinds dry and oily grains as well as seeds. It is the ideal mill for flax seeds and poppy seeds. Because it is manual, it does take a while to grind. It is similar to the Manual Poppy Seed Mill, but larger. Wt 6 lbs
