The K-Tec Mill is made of the high quality materials containing stainless steel, non-touching cutting teeth. This results in low friction and temperature, thus preserving nutrients and the life span of the mill. There is no overheating. gumming, jamming or glazing.
This mill is compact, powerful, built to last, and easy to use. It is good for milling all types of dried beans, grains, and legumes, though it is not recommended for coffee beans. The stainless steel milling blades are surgical quality and the collecting pan holds a capacity of up to 15 cups of flour. Products with more than 15% oil, or 18% moisture are so sticky that the mill becomes clogged. The K-Tec Mill has four coarseness settings with the finest setting grinding flour very fine and coarsest setting making flour the consistency of corn meal, but it will not make flour as coarse as cracked wheat.
