Relaxation is the most highly sought after of aromatherapy benefits. Find anxiety relief by using aromatherapy for simple, effective aroma that nourishes
mind, body, and spirit.

Relaxing, Soothing
Essential oils that help with relaxation include: bergamot essential oil, benzoin, cedarwood, chamomile, clary sage, frankincense, geranium essential oil, jasmine, lavender oil, neroli essential oil, patchouli oil, rose essential oil, sandalwood essential oil, and ylang ylang. Choose oils that produce the desired effect. Smell each oil separately, paying attention to the physical and emotional responses that result. Try the oils that produce the desired responses.

Reduce anxiety as well as traffic and traveling stress easily and quickly by using a spritzer. An aromatherapy spritzer is made by combining essential oils and pure distilled water in a spray mister or atomizer. Gently mist face and neck in times of need and find strength to help focus on the positive.
