General Information
You may add insurance for items shipped through USPS to protect against loss, damage, or missing parts. If orders are sent through USPS without insurance, it will be at the customer's own risk. If problems arise, it will be the responsibility of the customer to reorder and repay for the item. UPS orders are covered up to $100.00. For orders over $100.00, additional insurance is recommended.
Product Availability
Product availability is updated regularly. However, sometimes an item may become out of stock or be discontinued before it can appear as such on this site. When an item is out of stock or discontinued, notification will take place by e-mail or we will call if it takes a while for the item to become available.
Hope for Health, LLC uses secure payment processing technology to keep the information used for placing orders safe. Hope for Health, LLC uses the highest level Verisign secure certificate implementing technology encryption. This SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology encrypts the information you send us when you place an order. Not only is it encrypted before it travels across the internet, it is also encrypted on our server, which is located behind a secure firewall. Then, once your order has been processed, we delete your credit card information as an added safety measure.
You can view this security seal on the Checkout Pages of your Shopping Cart, and you will notice that when you click on Checkout, you are brought to the shipping page where you can see the web address has changed to https:// from http:// signaling you are now on a secure page. You should also see a small lock appear at the bottom of your window. Click on this lock and all the secure certificate information will appear.
Shipping
Shipping to locations outside the U.S. is available for Appliances, Books, Vita-Mix, and Vita-Mix Accessories. However, if purchasing outside the United States, please take notice of the voltage and frequency of electrical appliances to be sure the appliance power is compatible in your area. Some products for countries other than the US require that you order directly from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs and brokerage fees.
Orders will arrive via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. AK and HI customers will have items shipped UPS 2nd Day Air since this is the only way to ship to these locations. Appliances and Books will ship UPS within the U.S. and Canada (usually) and USPS to other countries. Vita-Mix and Vita-Mix Accessories will ship UPS and occasionally FedEx or USPS for P.O. Boxes.
Taxes
Orders for items at Hope for Health, LLC are taxed if shipped to Texas. No sales tax for orders shipped outside Texas.
Terms of Sale
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, eChecks, and PayPal as methods of payment. To pay using a credit card, simply pay through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and you do not need to set up an account. At checkout, simply click the appropriate link on the PayPal page at the lower left portion of the page. Orders are processed upon receiving except for eChecks. The eChecks require 3 to 4 business days before order processing can take place.
- Please send an email to sales@hope-for-health.com explaining the problem before returning any products.
- Requests for returns must be authorized before the merchandise can be replaced or before credit is issued.
- To receive full credit, any return must be in sellable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
- All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight: Juicer orders are sent by UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. For orders over $100.00, see shipping insurance. Some orders ship USPS.
Most orders are shipped the same day!
No Minimum Orders: We are happy to fill any order, regardless of size.
Returns: Items that have been used may not be returned unless they are defective. All defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in limited warranty by each manufacturer. Returns that are not authorized will be refused. Please call for return arrangements. Returned merchandise will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase, 45 days for L'Equip products. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.
