Energize with the antiseptic healing benefits of oil of oregano and hyssop to fight infection, cold, and flu. Like many essential oils, oil of oregano can be very therapeutic. Place oregano oil in a massage blend or try peppermint oil with Castile liquid soap or in an invigorating bath and body shower gel. Mix grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil with Bergamot essential oil and clary sage for concentration. For muscular aches and pains and respiratory ailments use eucalyptus oil. Use rosemary oil to improve memory. To maximize the effects of aromatherapy, use cold pressed oil like lemon oil and lime oil when possible. Try these invigorating oils in your own creative blends: Bergamot oil, basil essential oil, cypress essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and pine oil diluted in a carrier oil such as grapeseed. Get fired up, fight yesterday's fatigue, gear up for today's challenges and strenuous work by using a bath and body shower gel with energizing, invigorating essential oils.
Start the day fresh with a personalized bath and body shower gel using an unscented bath and body shower gel or vegetable oil based Castile liquid soap. They are available at health food stores and make good carriers for essential oils. Scent with essential oils, apply with a soft natural sponge, work up a lather, and rinse. Try particularly invigorating peppermint oil or the following recipe.
Add to 2 ounces of unscented liquid soap:
* 14 drops cypress essential oil
* 8 drops lime oil
* 3 drops black pepper
Mix in small quanities for continued freshness.

Inhale this blend briefly when trying to remember facts and figures and again during recall. This clarifying, inspiring blend may help you recall important details for tests and presentations.
* 9 drops rosemary oil
* 14 drops lemon oil
* 2 drops cypress essential oil
Support and inspire attitudes, creativity, emotions, and work with aromatherapy. Two oils particularly supportive of creativity are bergamot essential oil and clary sage.
Adaptive, inspiring, and versatile bergamot oil is cold pressed oil from the rind of the bergamot orange, indiginous to the rocky Italian countryside of Calabria. The floral, fruity-citrus, spicy, sweet aroma of bergamot is balancing and refreshing.
Clary sage is distilled from a hardy plant with colorful white, pink, and blue flowers. The essential oil has a warm-herbaceous, sweet hay-like aroma. Clary sage is comforting, euphoric, lively, powerful, radiant, strengthening, and warm.
Facilitate creativity and enhance concentration with this massage blend.
Add to 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil such as sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil:
* 3 drops bergamot essential oil
* 3 drops clary sage
Place 1 or two drops of the blend on fingertips and gently massage temples. Visualize creativity with closed eyes as the warm, energizing, sweet aroma of the blend penetrates. Invigorate routines with energizing oils such as basil essential oil, black pepper, clary sage, cypress essential oil, eucalyptus oil, hyssop, nutmeg, oil of oregano, peppermint essential oil, pine oil, and rosemary oil.
