Cypress
Needles and twigs from the Italian cypress tree are used to produce Cypress oil by steam distillation. Italian cypress is composed partly of camphene and cymene. Adulterants of Italian cypress include other cypress species, oil from juniper berries, and pine oil. Italian cypress blends well with Bergamot oil, cardamom, cedar oil, wild chamomile, clary sage, oil from juniper berries, lavender oil, lemon oil, mandarin, orange oil, pine oil, and sandalwood essential oil.
